White Pit
Duration – 2 – 3 hours.
Location – Meet at Upper Pitts at 10:00.
White Pit is a well decorated and sporting cave just outside of Priddy, which reaches a respectable depth. The trip will take in the pretty Talus IV passage, followed by a vertical round trip, descending The Forty Backs and ascending Coffee Pot. There may also be a chance to visit Prophecy Pot if time permits.
No special equipment is required, although a belay belt is recommended for the many ladders.
