|
|
blah blah I might have brought a bike anyway... I am not buying a expensive 'bike' light when I have multiple very bright helmet lamps. So does anyone have or know off or have any ideas for a mount to mount the blade mount on say a tube, like the handle bars or what ever?
Thanks..

Its a good idea, I had thought about asking biff if he had any ideas, a dual purpose little monkey, bike handle adapter..??
In the meantime wear your caving helmet as a cycling one and look a nurd...or nurdier...or whatever - thats what Chris does _________________ Im not bitter or twisted - ive taken my medication!! |

HAHAH @ wearing a caving helmet with my lamp on.....
...might do that in the dark when nobody can see me.
Someone else on another forum, suggested finding a cheap or broken reflector bracket and doing some DIY drilling. I have a spare helmet bracket so might give this ago.
Bike arrived today in its box. Looks uncomfortable and I guess you make holes for the handle bars and wheels. Its a hell of a way of protecting the bike..... _________________ aka.. Chris Davies |

Hmm drilled some holes and mounted the blade directly on the front reflector.
Had my first bike right in *cough* years, I did not fall off _________________ aka.. Chris Davies |

Well done Root. Maybe you could mount a bike light on a caving helmet next, or has that already been done _________________ nobody said nothing about locking horns with no tigers ....
